We build businesses for the digital world.
THE BUSINESS lb is a digital growth and business transformation company working with Lebanese SMEs, brands and professionals. We do one thing: we take companies that already have something worth selling and build the digital side of the business properly — the presence, the systems, the visibility and the strategy — then stay on to make it work. We are not a design studio. We are not a posting service. We're the partner a business calls when it knows it should be doing better online and wants someone to own that problem end to end.
Lebanon doesn't have a product problem.
It has an access problem.
Walk through any Lebanese market and you'll find producers whose goods would sell anywhere in the world. Speak to any service firm and you'll find expertise that took twenty years to build. Almost none of it is properly visible to the customers who would pay for it. That gap is not a marketing failure. It's structural. The website was built once, by someone who has since disappeared. There's no online store because nobody knew where to start with payments. The Instagram account is run by whoever has time. Enquiries arrive on three different channels and get answered on none. Every one of those is fixable. Most Lebanese businesses just don't have anyone whose job it is to fix them. That's the job.
Five things we work by.
01
Understand before recommending.
Every engagement starts with an assessment, because a recommendation made without understanding the business is a guess with an invoice attached.
02
Digital work is business work.
A website is not a design project. It's a commercial asset with a job to do. If it doesn't generate enquiries, bookings or sales, it doesn't matter how it looks.
03
Say what's not included.
Every scope we write states what's excluded, how many revisions you get, and what we need from you. Most disputes in this industry come from things nobody wrote down.
04
Build things the client owns.
Accounts, domains, files and access are in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.
05
Stay past launch.
Launch is the least interesting day of a project. What happens in the six months after it is where growth actually comes from.

“Our mission isn't to create websites or manage social media accounts. It's to help businesses become stronger, smarter and more competitive in the digital economy.”
— Ralph Chbib, Founder

We're deliberately open about the plan, because clients should know whether their partner is building something that lasts.
Now — a digital growth company.
Services, delivered well, for a small number of clients we can genuinely serve. Case studies and recurring partnerships. This is the whole focus of the first year.
Next — a growth platform.
Education, resources, workshops and a media channel telling the stories of Lebanese businesses — so the knowledge reaches companies we'll never work with directly.
Eventually — a business network.
A curated network connecting Lebanese companies to each other, to suppliers, and to the diaspora.
We're not selling stages two and three today. But everything we build now is built to get there.
